Shipping Policy

As all wigs are custom-made, please allow 7-12 days for processing and up to 3 days for your wig to be delivered. Bundle deal orders take 5-10 days to be processed and up to 3 days to be delivered.

We currently offer standard shipping via Royal Mail to our UK customers only. The standard shipping rate for all orders is £8.

Please select the INSTALL NO DELIVERY option at checkout, if you are choosing the installation service, rather than having the wig delivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Miss Euniverse Hair extensions! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

You may return or exchange your hair extensions within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, and unused. We can not accept returns if the tags have been removed, the lace has been cut or the hair has been washed. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at misseuniversehair@gmail.com.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
